Responsibilities
Scheduling and Calendar Management - coordinate meetings, events, etc.
Communication - handle incoming and outgoing correspondence,
Document Management - Maintain documents - digital, easily accessible and up to date, data drive - leverage excel, power point, to enter and update systems or communications effectively, order supplies, ensure multiple sites are well-stocked and equipment maintained, assist with expense reporting and invoice processing.
Travel Arrangements - flights, accommodations and transportation.
Meeting support - prepare agendas, take meeting notes and distribute relevant information/materials, assist with recruitment onboarding of new employees,
Project Coordination & IT support services.

Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
Keep detailed records
Meet deadlines and manage schedules.
Strong written and verbal communication -interact with employees, partners, key stake holders.
Tech savvy - proficient in using Microsoft office software (Microsoft Office, database management, Workday, Concur)
Interpersonal skills - positive, builds relationships and proactively identifies areas for improvement
4+ years of administrative support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
