Responsibilities
Provides administrative support to a department or individual.
Duties may include typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail.
May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting, and analyzing information.
Preparation of reports, presentation materials and spreadsheets for management and external presentations including securing approvals
Handle confidential information with discretion
Perform a full range of administrative duties including but not limited to managing calendar/schedules, mail handling, coordinating travel arrangements (domestic & international), review/processing expense report statements, ordering catering, securing meeting rooms and event venues, and transportation
Collaborate with various staff and departments to prepare special projects
Create, modify, and manage department TeamSite’s and team calendar

Required
Several years (5+) of experience in administrative or office support roles.
Experience supporting senior executives or in a senior administrative role
Professional certification preferred (Certified Administrative Professional (CAP))
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
High level of accuracy in work and attention to detail.
Excellent ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
