Responsibilities
Assisting in the billing department with time-sheets, claims, reports, and other clerical items
Conducting phone interviews
Collecting paperwork/documents
Auditing files to ensure compliance with State Standards
Communicating with internal and external parties, and facilitating collaboration between departments
Researching, compiling, and drafting documents, presentations, and reports
Scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls
Following up with employees and providing guidance
Providing administrative support to team members
