Responsibilities

Intake, analyze, and process of TROs (Temporary Restraining Orders).

Manage a shared Outlook inbox.

Interface with the customer, attorneys for Right's Owners, and our team.

Ensure each TRO is timely processed, financial disbursements are accurate, and SOPs are followed.

Required

1-3 years and above of relevant experience as an Administrative Assistant, Junior Project Manager, or Paralegal.

Familiarity with US court orders and/or experience in legal/litigation support.

Familiarity with Microsoft tools, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Ability to learn new technology and follow customers standard operating procedures.

Diploma or certification in administration or related field.

Organizational and time management skills.

Ability to prioritize competing work demands.

Positive interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain cooperative, courteous working relationships with others.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Should be self-motivated, deadline driven, and accountable.

Preferred

Legal experience or training will be an added advantage.
