Responsibilities

Creating furnace charts and certifications from customer orders

Verifying all treatments to assure they were completed to purchase order standards

Completing final inspections to verify all company procedures are completed

Blue tagging orders on the plant floor

Training new personnel on charts and certifications

Providing exceptional customer service for the lab

Monitoring all certifications and chart problems for customers

Occasionally answering phones

Performing other related duties as required
