Responsibilities

Maintain professional office environment

Coordinate, oversee, and/or perform a wide variety of administrative and program support activities on behalf of the McCourt School Office of the Dean

Serve as the initial point of operational and administrative contact for internal and external constituencies and work closely with the Student Affairs Coordinator to ensure that school needs and activities are well-supported

Manage the facilities and support the recruitment and hiring of work-study students

Provide primary support for faculty

Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices

Administrative Experience

Required

Bachelor's degree
