Responsibilities
Coordinate scheduling for Operations and Information Technology leadership and teams.
Manage responses to the University feedback inbox and inquiries to the University bookstore inbox.
Support the "Made @ Lesley" student art store initiative.
Provide customer support in the Support Hub.
Address inquiries from Registrar's Office, Student Accounts, and Financial Aid.

Required
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
Prior experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a university or academic setting.
Proficiency in productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent.
Familiarity with ticketing systems for managing work and communications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
