Responsibilities

Work with the Associate Registrar and academic department chairs to build all term course offerings. Review course offerings, communicate changes, and code course changes in Banner.

Serve as the primary contact for ad-hoc academic space requests and ensure event permissions are obtained.

Manage office budget lines, process requisitions, and supervise student workers.

Respond to inquiries about the registration process, create and register students in study abroad courses, and maintain the college paper calendar.

Perform other duties as required.

Required

Associate's degree from an accredited institution is required.

Three to five years of work experience in a post-secondary, customer service focused office.

Experience with Ellucian Banner student information system, Microsoft Access and Excel, and Apex applications is preferred.

Ability to use good judgement, communicate effectively, and work independently.

Ability to juggle multiple tasks and establish priorities.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Keen sense of confidentiality.

Preferred

A bachelor's degree is preferred.

May require occasional evening or weekend responsibilities.
