Responsibilities
Provides business operations support to the leadership at TOSH- The Orthopaedic and Spine Hospital.
Reconciles productivity reviews supply and non-supply costs and produces staffing reports.
Produces other reports as directed.
Assists in the ordering process of medical and non-medical supplies.
Works with the Business Office to place orders, track supplies, troubleshoot backorders, etc.
Collaborates with leaders to identify positions to post.
Collaborates with HR to post positions, completing any paperwork or online forms as directed.
Reviews postings to identify potential applicant tracking applicants through process assisting leadership and collaborates with leaders to schedule interviews.
Assists leadership with timely annual evaluations assists with tracking due dates for annual evaluations, notifies employees of annual evaluation requirements, ensures compliance with annual requirements (BLS, TB, licensure) as needed, follows up with supervisors to ensure due dates are met.
Maintains and manages electronic employee files for TOSH, including, but not limited to, employee relations, compliance, training, and other confidential personnel files.
Attends meetings to stay aware of procedural changes.
Assists with audits and the employee cycle processes through scanning of employee documentation.
Monitors attendance deficiencies: tracks attendance compliance.
Run attendance reports and submit them to appropriate leadership.
Submit attendance reconciliation logs and rerun reports as needed.
Other duties assigned.

Required
Bachelor's Degree PLUS two (2) years of experience in general administrative office support OR Associates Degree PLUS four (4) years of experience in general administrative office support OR High School Diploma/GED PLUS six (6) years of experience in general administrative office support.
Proficient Microsoft Office Suite
Extensive clerical skills
Office procedures critical
General knowledge of office machines including printers and scanners
Knowledge of word processing Management of files
Excellent customer service skills
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
Administrative experience in a hospital setting
