Responsibilities
Support the Associate Vice Chancellor and team of Directors by scheduling virtual and face-to-face meetings, workshops, focus groups, and events with both internal and external stakeholders, arranging room bookings, and coordinating logistics. Collaborate with ILCI staff, the digital learning team, and the marketing manager to plan and publicize workshops and events.
Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls within the division. Manage and direct messages received through the shared division email address. Provide minute-taking support for meetings as required.
In partnership with various members of the ILCI leadership team, track requirements of initiatives such as competency-based education, AI, and future-focused EDU and map requirements to outcomes including faculty participation, task completion, and payouts.
Collaborate with Academic Affairs, college business managers, and the business and finance department to handle monthly and quarterly payments. Process invoices and reconcile departmental P-card transactions. Maintain supplies by placing orders as necessary. Keep track of miscellaneous expenses.
Provide comprehensive support for events, including but not limited to: preparation of event materials, booking event spaces, and arranging for catering services. Attend events to ensure smooth execution. Manage overall event logistics, such as coordinating schedules, handling attendee registrations, managing post-event evaluation, and overseeing event setup and breakdown in partnership with UNO campus/MarComm event personnel.

Required
High school degree
Two years of customer service, retail, sales, or equivalent
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree
Three years of professional or student worker experience working in a higher education setting
