Responsibilities
Serves as the company authority virtually/on-site.
Manager shall oversee and manage a team of personnel providing world-class customer service in a recruitment call center.
Ideal candidates will be Returned Peace Corps Volunteers (RPCV), but it is not required.
Working directly with the public, so they must be able to share approved information, respond promptly, and always be professional.
Must be proficient in project management dashboard matrix and Power BI, Dashboard, Workforce Management Tool, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, telephony software, or example, utilization by lead refinement, training, briefings, assisting, and answering inquiries and have prior recruiting experience.
Will be expected to professionally brief Office of Volunteer Recruitment and Selection (VRS) senior management.

Required
U.S. Citizen.
Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience and a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Must be proficient in project management dashboard matrix and Power BI, Dashboard, Workforce Management Tool, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, telephony software, or example, utilization by lead refinement, training, briefings, assisting, and answering inquiries and have prior recruiting experience.

Preferred
