Responsibilities
Provide office support for all aspects of the program.
Function as the office receptionist, prepare weekly paperwork and payroll processing, and maintain confidential records.
Work in a fast-paced environment with staff, families, and service providers maintaining a professional manner.
Demonstrate organization, attention to detail, time management skills, computer literacy, and ability to work well with others.
Possess computer knowledge, with specific skills evaluated during the interview.
Have some understanding of insurance and third-party billing; Bi-Lingual/Spanish Speaking is highly preferred.
Require reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance coverage.

High School Diploma or GED required
