Creating and maintaining templates for estimators
Making sure customers are properly moved through our state of the art CRM system
Accurate and up to date Job Costing on all jobs completed
Scheduling newly sold jobs

Required
Experience in renovation, construction, or a home service business dealing with the trades
Detail oriented
Ability to interface with software vendor and Project Managers
Accurate and up to date Job Costing on all jobs completed
Creating and maintaining templates for estimators
Making sure customers are properly moved through CRM system
Scheduling newly sold jobs
Preferred
Ability to develop excel spreadsheets
Ability to work with clients and project managers directly to schedule work
Work with customers to schedule estimates and define work needed
