Responsibilities
Perform routine administrative support duties including composing and typing routine correspondence, entering data into computer, and preparing statements, memos, charts, or other documents.
Greet visitors, respond or refer questions, answer and screen telephone calls, conduct routine research, and type routine statistical reports.
Organize and maintain a filing system, file correspondence and other records, order and maintain supplies, and arrange for equipment maintenance.
Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve and prepare facilities, record and transcribe minutes, and arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required
Associate's Degree and one (1) year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
Effective organizational and interpersonal skills.
Effective customer service and telephone etiquette skills.
Effective communication (oral and written) skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of work-related information and materials.
