Responsibilities
Manage various PHMC grant programs and assist with agency requests for procurement of contracted services and commodities.
Handle grant management, document routing, procurement and invoicing, and other administrative tasks.
Coordinate grant programs at the state level and for sub-grant programs at local government levels.
Guide and direct program personnel in managing invoice processing and monitoring activities associated with grants.

Required
Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work
Bachelor's degree
Experience managing or administering grant programs
Ability to perform essential job functions
