Responsibilities
Advises Director and Deputy Director in developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic planning for achieving the mission.
Provides advice and assistance on the allocation of staffing resources and position management.
Secures planning, procurement, installation, maintenance and physical security of IT equipment.
Serves as a Contracting Officer’s Representative.
Carries out special projects and initiatives.

Required
US Citizen or US National
Selective Service registered or exempt if male born after 12/31/1959
Background investigation and/or fingerprint check
One year probationary period
Direct Deposit for federal payments
Successful completion of E-Verify employment verification check
One year of specialized experience in business management and administrative matters involving human resources management, contracting and procurement, budget and fiscal management
Experience advising on strategic planning for achieving mission
Experience in analyzing reports on workload and advising management on trends
Experience in carrying out special projects and initiatives
Experience in conducting studies and recommending improvements in work methods, staff utilization, communication, and productivity
Meeting all qualification and eligibility requirements for the GS-0341 series set forth by OPM
Credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience
