Responsibilities

Receive MRO in IMPACCT system.

Batch, log and distribute orders for pickers according to schedule.

Assist pickers with expired material, can't find and RF scanners issues.

Maintain and supervise distribution office supplies.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Supports all functions of warehouse management.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Requires 1-2 years of experience working in an administrative and/or office setting role supporting office staff, preferably in a warehousing, or manufacturing environment.

Proficient in IMPACCT system operation.

Proficient in BOSS system operation.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Problem solving and analytical abilities.

Well organized and detail oriented.
