Responsibilities
Work with a roster of clients in an administrative capacity including:
Filing, both electronic and hard copy
Phone communication, internal and customer/client facing
Scheduling and calendar management
Payroll management and processing
Nonbookkeeping tasks related to banking, deposits
Respond to voicemails and incoming inquiries from prospective clients
Manage sensitive conversations and information from prospective clients in a confidential and respectful manner
Enter information into industry-specific software
Manage all electronic forms and records
Written correspondence

Required
Experience in a customer/client-facing role
Calm demeanor, patience
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Facility with working on multiple technology platforms
