Responsibilities

Working in conjunction with Chief of Staff, provide general support for the President and CEO including but not limited to calendar management, meeting and event scheduling, and expense reporting.
Manage office space and supplies, maintaining a clean and safe workspace and ordering necessary supplies and equipment
Assist departmental managers with administrative needs including program materials preparation and assembly, leadership development meeting materials preparation, exchange event materials preparation, and more.
Periodically assist departmental managers with scheduling meetings for partners and committees.
Assist at club programming events.
Assist with various operational and administrative tasks as needed.
Learn and develop familiarity with internal CRM system to support organizational requests.

Required

Four-year degree or equivalent practical experience required
At least three years’ experience in an in-person administrative support role
Exceptional communication skills - listening, speaking, and writing
Excellent customer service skills
Sound judgment and discretion; know when to ask questions or seek guidance
Able to maintain corporate confidentiality
Ability to work collaboratively in a small, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficient in MS Office and have knowledge of NetForum CRM or other membership database software
Candidate must be available for program set up as early as 6:00 a.m. and evening receptions, which may last until 8:00 p.m.
