Responsibilities
Process incoming and outgoing mail.
Complete daily operational reports.
Collect, sort, and record return checks issued by the State of Maryland from the US Postal Service.
Submit supply orders for Branch Operations according to individual branch office needs.
Notify regional managers when supply orders are ready for distribution.

Required
Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
One year of experience performing administrative staff, clerical, clerical technical, or secretarial work.
Preferred
Clerical Experience
Customer Service Experience.
Communication skills (speaking & writing)
Organizational skills
Experience with maintaining and ordering supplies.
Experience with personal computer and software applications
