Responsibilities
Answer and direct all incoming calls
Distribute, scan, and send mail
Manage Administrative inbox
Assist with planning and coordinating office-wide events, processes, and maintenance
Monitor inventory and place orders for office equipment, supplies, and/or office provisions
Serve as a local liaison for adjuster licensing

Required
Two (2) years of experience in a related support role
High School diploma or equivalent
Possess interpersonal, verbal, telephonic, and written communication skills, including the utilization of proper grammar
Showcase a high degree of tact, diplomacy, and professionalism when interacting with all levels of employees and clients
Demonstrate the ability to learn new system applications in a timely manner
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Must have US work rights
Must speak English
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
