Responsibilities
Provide office support by handling receptionist duties like answering calls and greeting guests.
Create and copy documents, maintain filing systems, perform data entry, and distribute mail.
Contribute to the effective and efficient operations of DOC offices and facilities.

Required
Experience using modern office methods and procedures
Record keeping practices
Using various filing systems and methods
Data processing techniques
Experience utilizing computers and related software (e.g. Microsoft Office products, Google products)
Experience providing customer service
Ability to perform detail-oriented tasks
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Pass pre-employment drug screen
Pass criminal background check
