Responsibilities
System configuration for practice management, point of sale, EHR, reporting, and AEG Universal. We may add new systems in the future.
Collaborate with IT and operation teams to test all features and functionality for 'First Time Right, On-Time Delivery.'
Conduct remote and in-person training sessions for staff on all applications.
Provide Level I support for all system-related requests and issues.
