Responsibilities
Provide information to clients and families within confidentiality guidelines
Recommend measures to improve communication with referral sources
Maintain and refer data on specific needs and services
Actively participate in residential in-service meetings
Develop written guidelines and agendas for students or interns to enhance learning experiences
Share knowledge and skills with other staff
Follow proper notification procedures for admissions

Required
High School diploma required
Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Excellent writing skills and office skills (computer proficiency, data entry, faxing, phone communication, photocopying, etc.)
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in behavioral health or a related field preferred, not required
