Responsibilities

Reviews submitted admissions application documents, screening for potential integrity lapses.

Conducts research based on findings from the application integrity review.

Work within the application system to enter comments and offer suggestions on submitted admissions documents regarding application integrity.

Flags applications requiring escalated integrity screening.

Complete final compliance checks on applications prior to processing admission decisions.

Compare and consolidate duplicate records, following up with applicants for more information when necessary.

Downloads, images, and links transcripts, test scores, and credit evaluations with existing applications.

Responds to applicant emails regarding the status of their application as needed.

Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required.

Excellent organizational skills required.

Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel required.

Must be able to handle confidential information in a mature, professional manner.

Ability to work independently as well as in teams in a highly-matrixed environment, receiving direction from and providing support to multiple sources.

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to perform non-routine work with changing priorities.
