Responsibilities
Adobe CJA Implementation & Management
Platform Configuration: Configure and maintain the Adobe CJA platform, including data connections, schemas, and data views.
Data Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate multiple data sources, such as CRM, POS systems, and web/mobile analytics, into the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
Customer Journey Mapping: Define and document customer journey stages, ensuring accurate tracking of customer interactions across online and offline channels.
Data Analysis: Use Adobe CJA to analyze customer behaviors, patterns, and trends across touchpoints to identify opportunities for engagement and revenue growth.
KPI Development: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns, customer retention strategies, and customer satisfaction.
Insight Generation: Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports to stakeholders across marketing, product, and operations teams.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to design data-driven strategies based on customer insights.
Training & Enablement: Educate internal teams on leveraging Adobe CJA capabilities and interpreting analytics.
Campaign Optimization: Work with the marketing team to measure the performance of campaigns and recommend optimizations for better ROI.
Data Accuracy: Ensure data consistency and accuracy in CJA by validating datasets and monitoring data flows.
Compliance: Adhere to data privacy and security regulations, ensuring the ethical use of customer data.
Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation for CJA processes, schema designs, and reporting workflows.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated on Adobe CJA advancements, industry trends, and best practices in customer analytics.
Process Optimization: Continuously improve analytics processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and insights delivery.
Tool Integration: Explore and implement complementary tools or features to maximize the value of the Adobe ecosystem.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in analytics roles, with at least 2 years working specifically with Adobe CJA.
Proficiency in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and associated tools.
Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to present insights effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
Proven experience in the retail industry is a strong plus.
Familiarity with other analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau.
Basic understanding of scripting languages like Python or R is a bonus.
