Responsibilities

Conducting assessments to determine training needs.
Strategic design of comprehensive training solutions to meet client’s needs.
Aligning technologies and processes/workflows.
Designing and developing training content for Burwood’s clients.
Delivering training, in-person and remote
Working with our technical SMEs to develop user focused Job Aids and Quick Reference Cards

Required

4+ years minimum experience
Detailed knowledge of M365, Contact Center, VDI, Security, etc. From an end-user perspective.
Strong background in training, organization development, or instructional design, preferably working for an IT consulting organization.
Advanced knowledge of e-learning development and web conferencing tools.
Understanding of adult education theories, ADDIE model and relation instructional design concepts.
Flexible work style, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience conducting assessments to identify skill gaps, training needs, cultural resistance, etc.
Ability to gather requirements required for training development.
Experience designing custom training and organization development solutions.
Experience delivering training in person and online.
Accountable for work and dedicated to a job well done.
Expertise and professionalism to interact and develop relationships with any level of an organization.
Excellent presentation and communications skills.
Willingness to travel.
