Responsibilities
Assist in the execution of digital advertising campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and optimization
Work closely with senior team members to understand campaign strategies and objectives
Help manage and update campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for improvements
Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of campaign assetsSupport the preparation of performance reports and presentations for clients
Help maintain organized records of campaign documentation, including insertion orders and creative assets
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to contribute to the team's knowledge base

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
1-3 years of professional experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field
Basic proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics
Experience using performance data and metrics to measure impact and assess improvements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple, competing priorities
Eagerness to learn new skills and contribute to a dynamic team
