Advertiser Account Manager

Responsibilities
Analyze/Synthesize network performance data to determine offer-affiliate fit & communicate viable opportunities with Affiliate Management Team to drive revenue.
Portfolio Management: Create daily/weekly/monthly gross margin goals in alignment with the company’s growth objectives and become proficient in every aspect of your Advertiser’s offers on the network.
Portfolio Management: Create and manage a dynamic tiering structure for your book of business based on current and future potential and adhere to the communication cadence for each tier.
Advertiser Management: Initiate, develop, and nurture key high value advertiser & brand relationships to grow the company and increase profitability.
Maximize partnerships & opportunities with existing clients: Build rapport & trust, onboard new opportunities from current advertiser partners, negotiate and manage budgets, negotiate payout increases and exclusive pages, and optimize offer performance.
Communicate with the Network Operations & Compliance staff regarding advertiser communications for specific affiliates including quality issues, compliance issues, budget issues, and positive feedback such as requests to increase traffic, etc.
Communicate and assist with Network Operations staff for new offer builds including verifying traffic types allowed, budgets, alternate landing pages, etc.
Managing the onboarding process of new advertisers with the Advertiser Acquisition Team, and the Financial Operations Department.
Resolve billing issues as they arise with assigned accounts and assist with Finance, including contacting advertisers directly and requesting payment(s).

Required
Proven track record of managing and growing existing accounts as an experienced Account Manager within the online and/or digital space.
Ability to communicate effectively with the Affiliate Management Team.
Experience in relationship development and responsive communication.
Ability to analyze/synthesize network performance data to determine offer-affiliate fit.
Experience in portfolio management and creating gross margin goals.
Ability to initiate, develop, and nurture key high value advertiser & brand relationships.
Experience in maximizing partnerships & opportunities with existing clients.
Ability to communicate with Network Operations & Compliance staff regarding advertiser communications.
Experience in managing the onboarding process of new advertisers.
Ability to resolve billing issues with assigned accounts.
Must live in one of 3 specific regions; the greater Chicago Metropolitan area, the greater Los Angeles area, or Central Coast, California.
