Responsibilities
Form strong relationships with internal teams to support the build, adoption, and impact of the Measurement Playbook
Develop and socialize the Measurement vision, roadmap, and enablement to stakeholders
Strategize and execute the development of data products with data engineering and product teams
Execute analytical experiments methodically to make an impact across multiple domains
Identify relevant data sources for client business needs and collect structured and unstructured datasets
Communicate analytic solutions to stakeholders and implement improvements as needed
Understand customer needs to ensure measurement completeness
Develop value and create feasible products and solutions to meet business goals

Required
5 years of experience in data science, algorithmic engineering, and/or machine learning
2 years of working knowledge and/or advanced knowledge of SQL
Preferred
Working knowledge or advanced experience with versioning software such as Git
Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau, Looker, or Domo that help to visually encode data
Strong knowledge of fundamental statistics with hands-on experience in A/B testing, regression analysis, and anova testing
Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests from different business teams
Strong problem-solving skills, strong curiosity, and a passion to understand and navigate the nature of different business models
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate complex technical analysis to a broad variety of audiences, including business executives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
