Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with Collette’s advertising partners.
Identify and negotiate new advertising partnerships. Plan digital, print, and social media campaigns, optimizing reach and impact, and align campaigns to content calendar.
Ensure consistent brand messaging, aligning with content calendar and across all advertising channels.
Allocate resources effectively for media partnerships and advertising channels, maximizing ROI.
Stay informed about advertising industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Inspire and guide a cross-functional team, fostering creativity and collaboration.
Analyze campaign performance, adjusting tactics as needed. Follow Collette’s attribution models and demonstrate ROI.
Coordinate advertising efforts with PR initiatives.
Provide input on visual and copy elements for ads as necessary.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree required
Minimum 8 years in media advertising, with a focus on digital and integrated campaigns
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
Comfortable interpreting data and making data-driven decisions
Ability to be creative and develop innovative advertising concepts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passion for travel and an understanding of the industry
Work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
Visit existing and prospective advertising partners 15%-20% of the time
