Responsibilities
Sell advertising opportunities to leading technology and service companies that fit the audience profile of Factor This.
Prospect to build and manage your book of business using salesforce and other tools.
Assist with revenue growth across all product offerings.
Conduct market research to identify new selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
Use licensed tech platforms to do competitive analysis and uncover new target opportunities and potential adjacencies
Discover and pursue new sales prospects, negotiate deals, and maintain customer satisfaction through-out all product offerings.
Achieve productivity standards and adhere to all selling process practices and standards (including inputting accurate and complete data into CRM).
Ensuring all relevant information is available and accurate for pipeline and team meetings. Forecasting accurately using the probability tools provided.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services, including custom proposals.
Demonstrate proficiency within a consultative sales methodology that focuses on developing a clear understanding of the alignment of clients’ needs to our solutions.
Continuously develop market and product knowledge by attending competitive events and industry trade shows for business development (when required).
In conjunction with the events sales team, developing strategies and initiatives to ensure the on-going growth and development and cross selling initiatives.
Manage and rebook clients to obtain maximum budget annually

Required
Bachelor’s Degree OR 4+ years of experience in B2B sales
Must be upbeat, confident and outgoing with a dedication to customer service and account management
Must be a hunter with a proven track record for generating new business and high sense of urgency and integrity
Excellent communication, written, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and the internet
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Preferred
Salesforce experience is a plus
Intangible media sales experience a plus
