Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their preferences, styles, and expectations.
Research and recommend ideal destinations, accommodations, and activities for each client.
Develop detailed, custom itineraries ensuring a seamless and enjoyable journey.
Stay informed on new destinations, luxury resorts, and unique experience packages to offer fresh ideas.
Manage bookings, confirmations, and any changes, ensuring a flawless client experience.
Provide guidance on local highlights, culture, dining, and entertainment options.
Address client inquiries and feedback, creating lasting relationships through exceptional service.
