Responsibilities
Oversee the setup and maintenance of Adobe Experience Manager to support web and mobile applications.
Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows to ensure high-quality content delivery.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and IT teams to enhance digital content and ensure a seamless user experience.
Create intuitive and engaging user interfaces using interaction design principles and tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Invision Studio, and Axure.
Regularly audit site performance and implement improvements to optimize user experience and site functionality.
Provide guidance and support for AEM users and stakeholders, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Ensure all digital content complies with web standards and best practices.

Required
Minimum 8 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager
Proven experience working with Adobe Experience Manager and interaction design
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and interaction design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, InVision Studio, Axure)
Strong understanding of graphic design and visual presentation
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams
