Responsibilities

• Affiliate Recruitment and Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, assisting their efforts and maintaining relationships to ensure their success.

• Program Development: This is a new program you will be building from the ground up, so we’re looking for someone experienced in developing affiliate programs who can direct strategy and implementation for email, ad, influencer, etc., affiliate opportunities.

• Program Optimization: Analyze affiliate performance to find improvement opportunities and implement strategies to enhance campaigns and ROI.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics and KPIs, prepare and present regular performance reports.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the founders and internal teams like marketing and sales to align strategies with company goals, coordinate with the team to build campaigns and provide affiliates with marketing materials.

• Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of campaigns, including promotions and product launches.

• Compliance: Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
