Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with new and existing affiliate partners.
Execute optimization outreach and campaigns.
Assist in negotiating commission structures and terms with affiliates.
Participate in client calls by communicating affiliate performance and strategy, taking detailed notes, and identifying client needs.
Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of affiliate programs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for affiliate growth.

Required
1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing.
Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Impact, ShareASale, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in the Google Workspace suite.
