Responsibilities
Accurately assess and communicate risk information to gain a competitive advantage for AFM, insureds, and broker partners.
Obtain client/prospect agreement on key hazards and exposure impacts.
Achieve risk improvement through creative and cost-effective solutions.
Manage change through effective communication with insureds and brokers.
Develop and maintain engineering relationships with insureds and brokers.
Support new business opportunities and conduct prospect visits.
Create and manage an engineering resource plan tailored to AFM and insured needs.
Demonstrate the value of AFM engineering to insureds, prospects, and broker partners.

Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience/background
Minimum of 3 years of Facility Hazards field engineering experience
Experience with a variety of occupancies (manufacturing, healthcare, warehousing, real estate, etc.)
Excellent communication (verbal and written), relationship-building, decision-making, analysis/problem-solving, and planning/organization skills
Demonstrated history of ownership, initiative, collaboration, and getting results
