Responsibilities

Lead or contribute to the migration process, ensuring efficient data mapping, validation, and transfer between legacy systems and the target platform (AFS or Loan IQ).

Collaborate with stakeholders to assess system capabilities, provide gap analysis, and recommend solutions to meet business objectives.

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Loan IQ or AFS, addressing complex issues related to system integration, data transformation, and reporting.

Define and manage product backlogs, prioritize requirements, and establish acceptance criteria for migration deliverables.

Provide detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and migration roadmaps.

Conduct system testing, validate data accuracy, and ensure successful migration outcomes.

Support training efforts by creating user documentation and delivering hands-on training to end users and stakeholders.
