Responsibilities
Provide after-hours call support and answer high-volume calls during evenings and weekends
Schedule home visits by matching appropriate staff to clients based on their needs
Assess intake and client requests for service, ensuring timely responses
Handle client complaints and write incident reports as necessary
Deliver exceptional customer service to caregivers, clients, families, and referral sources

Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Must read, write, and speak fluent English
Competent in accessing information systems to perform job-related responsibilities

Experience in a customer service role, particularly in healthcare settings
Strong proficiency in multi-tasking and attention to detail
