Responsibilities
Lead agency worker as the head agency representative.
Coordinate agency employees start and stop shifts, breaks and complaints.
Be the main liaison between our fulltime client staff and the hiring agency.
Aid in keeping track of timesheets and proper lunch and break times.
Monitor absences and alert client Supervisor of concerns, attendance issues, complaints, injuries.

Required
Past experience in .Net Development
Currently working as a Business Analyst or Tech Lead with knowledge of BA
Lead agency worker experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to coordinate employee schedules and breaks
Experience in monitoring absences and addressing attendance issues
Bachelors Degree
Preferred
Bi-lingual (Spanish speaking)
Experience in a role involving liaison between client staff and hiring agency
Experience in tracking timesheets and break times
Experience in addressing employee concerns and complaints
Experience in handling injuries and alerting supervisors
Experience in a role involving coordination of agency employees
Experience in a role involving agency representation
Experience in a role involving PPE management
Experience in a role involving corn sorting
