Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and scaling of agile practices across multiple teams.
Coach and mentor teams and individuals in agile principles, practices, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Work closely with leadership to define and communicate agile transformation strategies.
Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address impediments to agility.
Provide training and workshops on agile methodologies.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the organization.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of agile practices and recommend improvements.

Required
Proven experience as an Agile Coach in the public sector.
In-depth knowledge of agile principles, methodologies, and frameworks.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence and lead change across an organization.
Experience with agile tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Preferred
Experience with retirement systems or similar domains.
Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, or equivalent).
Experience in creating and delivering training programs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
