Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage real backlogs and drive performance improvements.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
Coach teams on agile best practices, including Scrum of Scrums and PI planning.
Work closely with senior leaders to align transformation efforts with business objectives.
Provide practical examples and stories to overcome resistance and demonstrate the value of agile methodologies.
Act as a change agent by promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Drive technical excellence by advising teams on story splitting, testing strategies, and development practices.

Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Agile Practitioner or Scrum Master in a fast-paced environment
Expertise in Scrum framework and other agile methodologies
Proven track record of leading successful agile transformations within large organizations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex backlogs
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment
Preferred
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification
