Responsibilities

Design field trials for clients for product development and market positioning

Manage delivery of field trial results driving insight, recommendations, and solutions in key agricultural markets with various industry players

Develop long-term R&D relationships with clients, performing BeCrop Trials and BeCrop analysis of their products and soils

Active use of internal analysis tools and excellent documentation skill with them

Passion for client interaction and partnering with Sales & Customer Success to deliver high-quality trials in key market segments

Required

PhD or Master’s degree with industry and field experience in Plant Pathology, Soil Science, Bioinformatics or Genomics

Or, 5+ years of field trial agronomy experience with an undergraduate degree

Proficient understanding of soil microbial agronomy and data analysis, including bioinformatics tools

Broad understanding and experience in agronomic field trial design and statistical analysis

Excellent communication and management skill

Strong proactivity and problem-solving capabilities
