Responsibilities

Increase product penetration and sales volume with existing AG resellers in designated geographical areas.
Identify and set up new Ag reseller accounts, relay product information and research results to maximize profit potential across the product lines while providing customer support.
Establish and train Ag resellers to establish and expand sales
Advise Ag resellers and their producers on agronomy questions and convey product information such as application rates and mix tank procedures
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
Participate at trade association meetings and shows in and outside territory to promote Ralco products and services
Communicate well with other areas of the business to ensure you are working within established programs, pricing, and distribution
Evaluate immediate opportunities within accounts that may require product development activities
Work with marketing and technology to plan effective communication to these accounts
In collaboration with your supervisor, you will develop a unique professional development plan to ensure that you are pursuing and fulfilling your professional and personal goals in a diligent and thoughtful manner

Required

Degree in Agronomy or other crop related field of study
6+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated ability to develop a market
Satisfactorily complete introductory period per company policy
Increase product penetration and sales volume with existing AG resellers in designated geographical areas
