Responsibilities
Design and execute a comprehensive strategy to secure sponsorships, cultivate partnerships, and identify grant opportunities aligned with AI 2030’s goals.
Research, prepare, and submit compelling grant applications to secure funding from government agencies, philanthropic organizations, and private sector entities.
Build and nurture relationships with government, corporate, and philanthropic leaders, ensuring alignment with their objectives and sustained support for AI 2030 initiatives.
Leverage AI expertise to communicate the transformative impact of AI 2030’s initiatives, aligning donor and partner interests with our vision.
Craft persuasive donor-focused proposals and presentations that articulate the value of supporting AI 2030’s programs and mission.
Partner with internal teams to align programming and deliverables with donor and grant expectations, ensuring impactful outcomes.
Oversee fundraising activities, track progress against targets, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders and leadership.
Stay informed of trends and innovations in AI, fundraising, and grant writing, integrating best practices to enhance AI 2030’s strategies.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, international relations, computer science, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in fundraising, grant writing, or partnership management.
Proven success in securing high-value sponsorships and grants from diverse funding sources.
Demonstrated expertise in AI and a passion for its ethical, inclusive, and sustainable applications.
Exceptional grant writing and proposal development expertise.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities to engage stakeholders.
Strategic planning and project management skills.
Deep understanding of AI trends, challenges, and opportunities to effectively communicate their transformative potential.
Innovatively approaches fundraising and grant acquisition.
Crafts compelling narratives that resonate with stakeholders.
Works effectively with global teams and external partners to achieve shared goals.
Delivers measurable outcomes and adapts strategies to overcome challenges.
Preferred
Advanced degree in AI, fundraising, nonprofit management, or corporate sustainability.
Familiarity with CRM platforms like Hubspot.
