Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Design, Consumer Insights, and IT teams to build a robust portfolio of chatbots for insights and innovation.

Identify areas for chatbot improvement based on user feedback and performance metrics.

Adjust tone, language, and behavior to align with user expectations.

Continuously iterate and refine Insights chatbots to align with real-world research outcomes.

Continuously iterate and refine Innovation chatbots to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Conduct thorough testing of chatbots to verify improvements.

Establish best practices for prompt Engineering and share with chatbot users.

Benchmark LLMs to evaluate relative performance for future use.

Assist with APIs and automations to connect chatbots to key business platforms.

Assist with data consolidation and organization to create a searchable innovation knowledge center.

Assist with the creation of the design Insights to Innovation platforms.

Performs other tasks as needed.
