Responsibilities

Develop and implement advanced machine learning models for biomedical data analysis
Design and optimize NLP models for entity recognition, classification, and relation extraction
Lead end-to-end model development, from data preprocessing to production deployment
Fine-tune and integrate large language models into existing frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on model implementation
Conduct thorough model evaluation and performance optimization
Maintain comprehensive documentation and code repositories
Stay current with latest developments in ML/AI research

Required

Expertise in large-scale data processing and analysis
Expertise in machine learning and neural networks
Expertise in natural language processing
Expertise in LLM prompt engineering (GPT-4, Claude)
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong collaborative skills

Preferred

Experience with transformer-based architectures and LLMs
Proficiency in Git and version control
Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Advanced knowledge of feature engineering and model optimization
Published research in ML/AI or related fields
Outstanding communication skills
Experience in prompt engineering and optimization
