Responsibilities

Design and implement AI-driven applications and tools to automate processes for on-time renewals, efficient customer service, and workforce effectiveness.

Create machine learning models and algorithms to optimize renewal rates, perform data analysis, and conduct feature engineering for modeling.

Research, design, and develop deep learning models to streamline renewal information processing using large language models (LLMs) and digital assistants.

Develop generative AI solutions for automating tasks like text generation and content creation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes.

Monitor the performance of AI models and applications, continuously refining them to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.

Required

Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.

Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java and SQL.

Familiarity with Jupyter notebooks, data manipulation and visualization tools.

Ability to quickly learn and apply AI technologies to develop applications and integrate datasets.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
