Responsibilities

Source (recruit, screen and qualify) candidates for various projects and programs.

Identify appropriate advertisement channels for a variety of projects or programs.

Integrate Internet, social media and professional networking in recruitment strategies

Create and post job adverts on various platforms

Track and report sourcing KPIs

Build networks to find qualified passive candidates

Proactively search for ways to improve and streamline sourcing processes, build team collaboration and add value for our customers.

Required

Content creation experience

Minimum 1.5 year experience in Sourcing/Recruitment roles.

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field

1 Year minimum of experience using ATS.

Experience using case management tools

Strong cross-cultural communication skills; natural, persuasive and engaging communicator with internal and external organizational members

Genuine interest in diverse languages and cultures

Able to adapt workflow to new requirements

Google G-Suite - Intermediate

Excel skills - Intermediate

Professional English Proficiency (B2 High)

Results, creative and innovation-driven

Being able to work as a team with Co-workers to achieve goals

Excellent customer service with internal and external candidates and internal customers.

Strong focus on cherishing and building up company image

Orientation to results

Excellent interpersonal relationships

Ability to work under pressure

Strong Communication skills

Willing to learn multiple job requirements

Preferred

Experience as a Sr. Recruiter or team leader attracting talent for different verticals, administrative, corporate, call center, ITO are plus

Campaigns to recruit personnel are a plus

Job portals and/or job boards familiarity (Indeed, Glassdoor, Monster, CareerBuilder, Tecoloco, etc.)

Multilingual is a plus.
