Responsibilities
Design and implement AI/ML models tailored to historical data analysis, leveraging the latest frameworks and tools.
Build secure data environments for data processing, storage, and analysis, ensuring compliance with data regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
Front-End Development will require you to build and maintain user interfaces using React, ensuring seamless interaction with AI models and data systems.
Collaborate with data engineers, DevOps, and stakeholders to deliver AI solutions within an Agile Scrum framework, participating in sprints, daily standups, and retrospectives.
Keep up to date with AI and data security trends to refine best practices within our team.

Required
3-4 years of experience in AI Development, including hands-on work with machine learning models or AI-driven solutions.
Strong skills in front-end development, with a focus on using React to create dynamic, user-friendly interfaces.
Familiarity with Scrum or Agile methodologies, contributing to and navigating project workflows in a collaborative, iterative environment.
Strong data and system analysis skills
Passion for excellence and process improvement
Strong client facing background and are comfortable with client interaction
Training program/certification as an AI developer, or equivalent experience.
Ability to communicate professionally, in English, both written and orally.
Ability to write business correspondence and process procedures.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the general public.
Preferred
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field.
